Document Preparation Operative

Job Description

This is an exciting position for a document preparation operative, to join a rapidly expanding production team within a modern and forward-thinking business, processing paper documents and converting them to a digital format. It is a full-time position with Immediate start.

The successful applicant must have the ability to work as part of a team, able to meet targets & strict deadlines with good attention to detail and a high standard of quality, all of which are essential to the role. This role is fast paced and some lifting/moving of boxes will be required, a degree of physical fitness is required. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

Working closely with the scanning team to ensure all documents are prepared and ready for scanning to a high standard and to meet required throughputs and turnaround times, this involves:

Removing staples, tags, sticky notes, Sorting, checking, batching, labelling and making scan ready all documents for production

Ability to give attention to detail

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Achieve given targets

Age group is entirely open

All candidates must be reliable, hardworking, have a flexible approach and professional manner.

Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 15kg each

The hours of work are:

6.30am to 6.30pm 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern

Salary: £9.50 per Hour
